Being in transition or in a stagnated career can frustrate and de-motivate even the most positive thinkers. What I have found that helps our career coaching clients when they hit a down period is some motivational material to help them restore a positive outlook and a balanced perspective.
The following is a nice poem that I have kept over the years by William Arthur Ward. Many of you may also be familiar with it. I find that this can help me re-energize and affirm my self belief. I hope that it can work for you as well.
